Geralt's face looks really weird

I need a help with Geralt's face, in cutscenes it looks almost normal but when in-game the face looks nothing like other ppl games. He doesn't blink, which even as a witcher I think he should. I also forgot to add that I have zero toxicity. Any mod that could make the face look like E3 version?

never noticed that, but its normal, that is how he looks during gameplay, nothing to worry about, you could search for some mods and try them if you feel like it.

there a mod called something like hd faces or better faces or something like that which just generally improves the quality of both major and minor character's faces
