Matter of Life and Death quest not starting [spoilers]

I just finished the part where Geralt and Triss go to Menge to find out about Dijkstra's treasure. After killing everyone Triss suggests meeting again to discuss something. Now that's supposed to be the Matter of Life and Death quest but no such quest has initiated and when I talk to her at her place there's no new dialogue option.

Is it bugged? Or am I gonna get it after completing Get Junior and Radovid's Favor (apparently you also get it after those quests). I tried reloading my save before Menge's mansion.

Matter of life and death quest starts after you interrogate the spy (I forgot what its called but it involves you roughing up Whoreson's place with Cleaver's men).

I'm done with Whoreson's house, casino and arena. Now I'm supposed to go find Roche. Still no Triss quest however.

Maybe you could follow my route: After going to Whoreson's house, casino, and arena, I went to look for Roche. When he told me to go meet him in Oxenfurt, I took a detour and went and trapped Radovid's spy instead. Triss appeared and helped Geralt interrogate the spy (by burning his balls), after that I asked her how she felt, then she told me to go visit her at her house at which point Matter of Life and Death started.

Hey, I'm actually having the same issue. Just wondering if you ever got the dialogue options to start A Matter of Life and Death?

Sadly, I don't remember. It's been 3 years. I have the faint impression I did, so try following WinterGale's advice.
