The game doesn't work?
Whenever I launch the game, it doesn't work. I get an error all the time with this in it.

Error [modmapquestobjectivesfull]wmkmapmenufunctionsex.ws(1): Global function 'WmkGetMapMenuInstance' is already defined.

Warning [content0]engine\environment.ws(30): Global native function 'EnableDebugOverlayFilter' was not exported from C++ code.
Warning [content0]engine\environment.ws(32): Global native function 'EnableDebugPostProcess' was not exported from C++ code.
Warning [content0]engine\showflags.ws(11): Global native function 'DebugSetEShowFlag' was not exported from C++ code.

Not the game, but one of your mods (Quest Objectives) is conflicting with another mod.

Copy-paste the mod folder somewhere else and see if the game runs. If it does, then put the mods back in one by one.

How do I do that. I am new to this kind of modding.
Just like he told you. Cut and paste the mods subdirectory to another location, such as the root of C:\ so the game doesn't read it.

There should be a folder named "Mods" in your install location, the witcher 3 folder. And just move that folder elsewhere and test the game then.
