Just don't take Ciri to the emperor. Is posible and is actually what Ciri would like since she doesn't wish to see him.

This way she'll always become a witcher no matter war outcome.

i don't know about the nilfgaardians,
but i think TW3 real ending is ciri become a witcher, not an empress. i saw the witcher comic book curse of crows #1 where she and geralt travel together in search for striga.. with yennefer..

yeah i know, my first ending was the first where ciri becomes a witcher but radovid kill who wasnt human, i didint like it (but it was my bad cuz i forgot the quest about the king's murder lol). so i thought if there was a way to have ciri as witcher (because is her dream) and emyr who win and """"help""""" redania be better. so i thought to dont take ciri to emyr, kill radovid, kill dijsktra, and choose who geralt will love (Maybe triss because the first time i chose yen? but yen is the true love of geralt IT WILL BE MY

That's it. Kill Radovid and Djikstra and Niilfgard will win the war(these two are the only ones who can bring Redania to glory) but if you didn't fullfilled the "contract" with the emperor...then you got what you are asking for: Niilfgard wins and Ciri witcher.

From my guessings on the information the characters give you:

-You are told by general Moorhis that Emhyr intends to abdicate in Ciri after the war due to having too much pressure from opposition in the empire even before you find Ciri. Regarding this there's also a book that speaks of assassination conspiracies against Emhyr waiting for him to misstep to get the rid of him.
-Hierophant of Skellige tells you that Radovid is going to take the most out of Emhyr internal opposition.

Implicitely with this cards on the table if you don't influence the course of things Radovid should win with Redania, providing you don't make his assassination possible and Emhyr won't see Ciri providing you let her do what she wants instead of making her go to Vizima. Finally Emhyr will end dead.

If you want to get the black horse, you can still take Ciri to the emporer, just refuse the money. That's what I did. Then she'll encourage you to take the horse. Just be sure and be a good dad and encourage Ciri, but don't hold her back, and you'll still get the witcher ending.

hmmm... i thought any visit with ciri to emhyr no matter what you do there gives you princess ending or failure ending depending on choices you made in game.

Nope. I visited and refused the money, but got the witcher ending. I was surprised, actually, because I've read everywhere that you can't visit him. Ciri was cool about it; encouraged Geralt when he looked like he was about to refuse the horse too.

Ciri can't be empress if Niilfgard looses the war because Emhyr is assassinated by his opposition. This is actually a coup, so Ciri looses the right to claim empress title, not counting the fact that dead people can't abdicate(Emhyr).

ps: btw, Ciri will be always heir of Cintra and some more other thrones around the world in any case. Interesting character Ciri too...most powerful magic abilities in human scale->not interested in magic. Heir of several thrones around the world, being 1st in succession to the throne that controls the most powerful empire in her native world->don't give a flying ♥♥♥♥ about politics X)
