all quest checklist? and recommended mods?

before starting my 4th playthrough i will install some mods and want to do all quest this time. for example i finished game 3 time but i always missed cave of dreams quest. so is there a any good checklist( i searched google but didnt like most of them) . and for last what s ur recommended mods for better exprience?

It fails to mention the missing brother quest that must be done before Going to vizima.

Also to get The Cave of Dreams you must complete the phantom of eldberg contract BEFORE choosing the king or queen of Skellige.

I could list a few more of the top of my head if you're looking to avoid failing any quests.

The gangs of Novigrad must be done before Roche takes you to Radovid otherwise it fails.

The Last Wish will fail if you don't do it before collecting Uma.

Reason of state must be done before the final journey to Skellige.

After finding Dandelion, Caberet will be open until you go to isle of mists. It leads to another side quest which is one of the best in the game.

If you're looking to collect every gwent card then there's 3 that can only be obtained during "A matter of life or death" at the ball with Triss. Guys are playing at a table & it's marked on minimap. best build a decent one before taking them on though theres no llimt on rematches should you fail. Also you have to choose cards as reward in quest where you help Zoltan.

There's also a quick sidequest in White Orchard if (SPOILER) Ciri becomes Empress, in last mission in white orchard you chase a horse running through the villege. This cant be done on other endings.


If you have the Blood & Wine DLC then "Warble of a smitten Knight" is the only major missable sidequest.
