can you defeat last crone with good ending

hey i got first a bad ending then i reloaded save from the isle of mists and got a good one and i wanted to know if you can defeat the last crone and how with the good ending

You can't. You can only fight the last crone with the bad ending.

The last crone defeat is Geralt totally mad carving his own tomb due to Ciri's death. If Ciri does not die, Geralt won't be mad, so no need to venture into the swamp to kill the crone, something that is stated by several swamp NPCs as suicidal.

Nope, that's her medallion, she has it the whole time. look at some of the earlier scenes
