Enhanced Feline silver sword craft option is missing (Found diagram already in the past)
I can't craft this item even though I found it's diagram before like 2 or 3 days ago. Any help ? Is that a bug ?

AFAIK, you need to have a master swordsmith craft it, and the only one I know of is in Novigrad, and there's a quest you'll need to do for him first....

there's only one master level blacksmith and one master level armorer in game and each needs to be unlocked with specific quests.
