Rose is one thing, master mirror is another, as far as branching and consequences go.
I still never know what to do or say to Iris. Both choices are murky.
I just helped her move on.
Nope, he dabled in dark arts well before he met Gaunter O'dimm. He knew exactly what he was getting into.
He was no good, yea. No matter how pretty the words once you save him from master mirror, they don't change anything.
If not he won't ask for his brother life time in the second wish.
Horst is the fellow that later comes in to acquire the Von Everecs debt and demand they pay everything immediatly, else he auctions their goods. Same auction house we participate in auctions in, during HoS.
Olgierd had been a bandit long before this, from the wiki
Only when he fell into dire times, did Horst came in the picture and pressed him against a wall, having him make the pact with master mirror, but to have his wishes true, he would have to sacrifice someone he loved.
And so, even tho he doesn't cut his throat himself, he just lets his brother die. Seems like a no good to me.
huh, I never considered this...but even Geralt suggests they were nothing more than bandits when you bring this up and Vlodimir doesn't correct him 100% "We were not just simple bandits! Nobles!"
Rogues aren't your regular infantry in an army, but outsiders, loners, scoundrels that work for themselves. In this context, you can take the liberty of assuming that "raiding" wasn't a tactical military order, but him, his brother, and their friends having their way for profit. Being of noble origin doesn't seem to stop anything.
His group are the people we see at the start of HoS, partying at his mansion. Non of them looks like an exemplar soldier, or a soldier at all, more like a common group of bandits that were born in a golden crib. The game certainly goes out of its way to paint them all as such, and Olgierd never really tells you otherwise.
And I like Iris too, since she miss Olgierd and Olgierd miss her, so I really wish there is an option to lead Olgierd back to Iris so there will be a romance story just like Annabelle and Graham.
