Can Olgierd meet back Iris after the quest?
Is there a chance to help Olgierd going back to find Iris if Geralt do not bring the rose and save Olgierd from Gaunter?

Those two aren't connected, so no.

Rose is one thing, master mirror is another, as far as branching and consequences go.

I just wish Olgierd can reunion with his wife since the cut scene after you giving him the paint of the rose show Olgierd still missing his wife

Yea its a pretty nice story.

I still never know what to do or say to Iris. Both choices are murky.

Hmm...Olgierd is a bit of a prick for what he did to Iris, she needs to stay well away from him imho.

I just helped her move on.

Well, he was ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up because of the pact he had with Gaunter. It made him the way he was.

Nope, he dabled in dark arts well before he met Gaunter O'dimm. He knew exactly what he was getting into.

Then how come after the pact is broken, Olgierd's heart becomes better

Olgierd was a bandit before any of it. He also very much sacrificed his brother for the sake of getting what he wanted from o'dimm.

He was no good, yea. No matter how pretty the words once you save him from master mirror, they don't change anything.

Actually Olgierd is a noble before Horst Borsodi take all from him, so he decide to recover all his lost by meeting Gaunter, then the action cost his brother life and Olgierd still regret for that.
If not he won't ask for his brother life time in the second wish.

You may have timelines confused there.

Horst is the fellow that later comes in to acquire the Von Everecs debt and demand they pay everything immediatly, else he auctions their goods. Same auction house we participate in auctions in, during HoS.

Olgierd had been a bandit long before this, from the wiki
Early years

Olgierd von Everec was older of the two sons born in early years of the 13th century to Kristina and Bohumil von Everec into the ancient and respected family. He grew up with his younger brother in Von Everec Estate and surrounding Gustfields and learned how to read, ride, shoot and fight with a saber.

As soon as it was possible, Olgierd and Vlodimir formed a band of noble-born rogues around themselves and would raid Velen and other Temerian borderlands rather often with locals developing fear at the mere sound of "Olgierd".
Only when he fell into dire times, did Horst came in the picture and pressed him against a wall, having him make the pact with master mirror, but to have his wishes true, he would have to sacrifice someone he loved.

And so, even tho he doesn't cut his throat himself, he just lets his brother die. Seems like a no good to me.

Do you know Olgierd is Ataman of the Redanian Free Company? Redanian Free Company is a group of special army which helped in war. And the word "raid" has the meaning of a surprise attack by a small force, so it can be understand as Olgeird lead some surprise attack for the army not only being a robber. But actually there is no different being a soldier or bandit in witcher 3 world, since most of the soldier acting like monster but quite a few of bandits keep their words and acting like noble.

huh, I never considered this...but even Geralt suggests they were nothing more than bandits when you bring this up and Vlodimir doesn't correct him 100% "We were not just simple bandits! Nobles!"

Right, but you notice how they're labeled "rogues"? the redanian free company is just another name for "the wild ones" as they call themselves, and like olgierd tells you at some point "we are common drunkards good for a fight at least".

Rogues aren't your regular infantry in an army, but outsiders, loners, scoundrels that work for themselves. In this context, you can take the liberty of assuming that "raiding" wasn't a tactical military order, but him, his brother, and their friends having their way for profit. Being of noble origin doesn't seem to stop anything.

His group are the people we see at the start of HoS, partying at his mansion. Non of them looks like an exemplar soldier, or a soldier at all, more like a common group of bandits that were born in a golden crib. The game certainly goes out of its way to paint them all as such, and Olgierd never really tells you otherwise.

He might be a very bad man before all events in the quest, but you can see that he can become a really good man after being save by Geralt from Gaunter's hand.
And I like Iris too, since she miss Olgierd and Olgierd miss her, so I really wish there is an option to lead Olgierd back to Iris so there will be a romance story just like Annabelle and Graham.
