For anyone who gets this issue in the crafting Missing Warrior's Leather Jacket.

When you upgrade it it will disappear again.
Bring up the Console
type in exactly
additem('Starting Armor') press enter after each
additem('Starting Gloves')
additem('Starting Pants')
additem('Starting Boots')
additem('Witcher Silver Sword')
additem('NPC Witcher Sword')

Check the crafting it should now show all components available under the chest armor.
It worked for me nothing else I tried did so basically rebuild the entire schematic.
Finally the jacket appears in the first slot.

But shouldnt it give you an armor directly to your ınventory? But it gave you a diagram of İt?

Thanks I'm level 46 and have some of the best Armor. I just wanted to test it out with a quest in the Blood and Wine xpansion. Grand Master Smith , so I tested it and once it's upgraded the missing component returns. It looks exactly the same as the Kaer Morhen .
Now in my inventory is both the Warrior and the Kaer Morhen Armor. and in the Crafting it's missing again so have confirmed that. This was just for those who struck the same issue and now hopefully understand why. It's a very low armor. My Preferred is the New Moon Armor I like it the best so far the others are too big and clumsy. cheers
