DLC armor bug

Anyone got an idea how to fix the DLC armor not appearing? Yes it's 100% the correct merchant and yes i did install it correctly, i can find it in downloadable content in the main menu.
So far i tried to verify integrity of the files and reinstalling the dlc but nothing seems to fix it. I have yet to see if the new clothing is working at least and yes i did enable it in the main menu.
Any help would be appreciated.

(SORRY IF I WRITE SOMETHING WRONG I`M BBRAZILIAN) Do you look for the armors? have 3 merchants that sell them. The temerian armor is in the white orchard, the merchant that sell is the person that you save of the griffin, and you can find him in the entrance of the village.(You need level 4 to use the armor) The nilfgaardian is in the outsid of the casttle of the bloody baron the merchant is close of fergus that make the best armors of the game. (level 10 for use) The skellige armor is in kaer trolde in skellige, he is a armor and you can find him in the entrance of the crach`s fortress. Go to the right and you will find. (level 16 for use).
