If you want to have the game on Steam, you have to buy it on Steam.
All other online stores sell GOG keys.

He wants to buy a steam key not a steam gift. It is a really bad idea to buy steam gifts, those have even higher chance of being revoked later on.

If it's for GoG, it will not work on Steam. You can always add it as a non-Steam game but it hardly addresses the OP's original query.

Well that depends on how creative you are. Literally took me 30 seconds to find steam keys for sale.

No you didn't. You found Steam Gifts, which are not the same as keys, and are sold by the grey market and when it comes with Steam gifts you have even a great chance of the game being revoked later on.
