Is there an unofficial patch (like there is for Skyrim)?
Or do we need to download unofficial bugfixes, one by one?

Thanks, but that's just a graphical fix, right?

Not a single fix but multiple fixes. But yes they are mostly visual. There aren't any gameplay fix compilations yet that I'm aware of.

Not true. Many addressed quests that were broken by previous patches, NPCs that were broken as well as several achievements. Gameplay issues were addresses, save issues, crashes, textures, broken dialogue, you name it.

But most times it seemed like they broke more things than they fixed. CDPR devs at their finest.

Actually I was referring to a "compilation" of gameplay fixes along the lines of Skyrim's unofficial patch, which is what the OP was looking for. It's well known that W3 has a lot of unofficial gameplay fixes, but none of them as part of a compilation which you can just install once and forget.
