Help, Debug Console Cheats Problems(Money)
I've been using Debug Console Cheats for the Witcher 3 for about 2 hours of the game. I've add money and some other items as well such as armors and stuff. I've completed the game once, I want to play again using the debug console cheats. The problem is, I've add to much money and can't buy or sell anything. Can't change my haircut or sell valuable wares to merchants. I've tried using the command codes for removing money like "removemoney(100000)" but it doesn't work.

I've tried to attack the guards so that I'd lose my money, but that doesn't work too.

Am I getting banned or something?

I've removed the Debug Console for Cheats from the Game, still doesn't work.

Any thoughts or Advice to find the solution of this matter is very appreciated.

Okay, I will consider that option.

When you add too much money, there's a stack overflow and sometimes it can permanently glitch the game. Did you add the money right from the start of the game? If so, you may have to start a new game in order to fix it.

Never ever add more than 999,999 to your game. Best thing is just to add a couple of hundred thousand to start. Then add more later on if you need it but you shouldn't.

The Dragon Age games had the same issue.

It has nothing to do with getting banned. You cannot get in trouble for cheating in a single player game. it's the game code. It has certain limitations. It cannot store that much information in a single memory location. Once it overflows the allotted amount, it breaks the game.

can you return to a save before you used the console command to get rid of the stack overflow?

by "permanently glitch the game" do you mean the current playthrough or will it still be glitched if i start a new game or a ng+?

You "glitch" only the savegame in which you added more money than the datatype used to store the money can handle.

I just did "addmoney (1000000) x10 times and it fix it. I went to 1000k and I stopped ! I hope it will work fot you so you don't have to restart a new game ! Enjoy !

the add command allows negative numbers as well so if you go addmoney (-100000) it should zero it out.
