New Game + with Death March Difficulty at Level 54?

So I've got neary every achievement for Witcher 3. So I've got the question, if it's going be easy or hard? And how sould I prepare myself for this playthrough?

Too easy.

Clear your inventory, big problem that i ran into in my ng+ was that i still had a bunch of stuff in my inventory when i started the game, and at the begining of the game you don't have that many merchants to sell stuff to, so just sell all the stuff you won't need (want) before starting the ng+.

If you know game mechanics, it's pretty easy even at 90. Just don't get hit. Hits can instakill :D

death march is easy w/o ng+

I've heard of a bug when you go into NG+ and you're above level 52.
There is a cap at level 100, but when you start the game over 52, some enemies and items will outlevel the cap and will be either inaccessible or just too hard.

You may still be good to go with level 54, but it's close.
I assume the highest quest in the DLC will be level 103, while you will be capped at 100, if you start now. Just don't level any further, before starting NG+ ^^
