The .ini file you want to edit is called 'rendering' (save a backup of it first)

Change the texture memory budget from the value it's currently on (likely 800) to 1600... and profit. Game will perform smoother with less pop up (at least for me it sure as hell did)

Also, at least for me, it allowed me to launch the game without an infinite load with even more mods on.

Does it help with the stuttering which is worse in novigrad? Man i love this game but this problem really sucks.

The increased LOD mod for 1.31 currently isn't working but this fixed the terrible pop-ups. Thanks

What if it said 500? Will increasing it to 1600 help with this? It runs with all settings on max with at least 60 fps but occasionally it will drop to 10 to 15 fps. Should this fix it?
