bug with skellige most wanted, quest won't appear or start...

like said on the title, the quest never appeared on the notice board and the NPC located in fyresdal doesn't have the quest icon but still you can talk to him and proceed to deal with him but that is it the quest won't start at all...

If it's in DLC (dont remember now) make sure that's installed.

yeah i had to uninstall and re install it by unclicking and clicking the checkbox on the DLC section of witcher 3, apparently the quest got bugged it didn't update after accepting it and the quest disappeared on the journal so i thought i never activated it so i reloaded to a save before dealing with the quest giver and the quest is there something just went wrong with the NPC part so it did not update but i got it now.
