No quest markers on the map

I had a break from Witcher 3, but going back to Geralt with a save at lvl 4, the main map has stopped showing quest markers. The minimap has them and the path to follow. I put up with it but now in Toussaint I'm sick and tired of no map markers. Tried a mod that shows all active quests at once, but still no markers. How to fix this?

Yeah check your filters

Filter is on all, I've checked in options quest markers is on. I've also set them off in options, saved then closed the game. Started the game after waiting a while, set markers back to on, saved and exited, then started the game again. Made no difference.

Go this sorted. It was the filters, I didn't know how to use them.
