redania most wanted quest failed

1. in the end of redania most wanted i cant give crystal to triss, because no option dialog in there....
2. i cant give to radovid too, because, the guard is refuse me to see radovid in his ship...
3. but, even redania most wanted quest isnt completed, now or never quest also its a matter of life and death quest is still can trigger...
4. i can complete both quest (i can romance triss in bed)....
5. but, still, redania most wanted cant finished (read no. 1 & 2)...
6. reading another solution is the crystal can give to yennever in skellige, but the option dialog still not there,
7. so i following all main quest and another lots of side quest, until before the isle of myst (after ugly baby quest).... but, dialog for giving crystal to yen is never exist...
8. i have trying to give it again to triss, but she is gone, i cant find her at all.... (iam in 70 hours in this game.... level 34....)
9. redania most wanted quest is still in my journal, but everytime iam folowing the isle of myst quest, that redania most wanted quest is automatic failed....
10. how to force finished redania most wanted quest with command console code?? with addfact?? or, is there another solution, perhaps?? :(

You don't make love to Triss during A Matter of Life and Death. You do that after Now or Never.

Have you done the main quest re: Menge and Djistra?

Blindingly Obvious won't trigger until after Battle of Kaer Morhen; and Reason of State only triggers if you complete Blinding Obvious in a specific way.

You don't make love to Triss during A Matter of Life and Death. You do that after Now or Never.

btw, i have found the solution,

*this bug came from teleport anywhere mods.....

1. back to est taiyar
2. going into cave, meet the witch hunters (radovid goons is still there) in front of the cave
3. refuse their demand and kill all (update quest redania most wanted)
4. back to yen in kaerl morhen, talk to her about crystal philipa (finally), finding hidden message in crystal
5. giving the crsytal to yen
6. back to radovid ship, meet him
7. lie to radovid that the blind philipa is dead
8. radovid not trust the words from geralt
9. radovid gone to his ship
10. update quest, redania most wanted is completed

..... ah back to the isle of myst, finished, find chiri, back to kaerl morhen, triss is there too.... ^^

What happens:

You can't complete the "Redania's Most Wanted" quest. You can advance the game all the way to "The Isle of Mists", which just insta-fails this quest, but nothing you do lets you talk to Radovid. When you talk to the guard at Radovid's ship the dialogue option is "Wanna see the king...", which the guard laughs at and dismisses you. Triss and Yen (if they haven't gone to Kaer Morhen yet) don't have the dialogue options about the megascope crystal.

Why this happens:

You used Fast Travel to exit Philippa's cave at Est Taiyar. You missed the conversation with the guards, who were waiting for you in the cave to have the conversation that advances this quest.

How to fix this 'glitch':

Return to Est Taiyar. The guards appear to be missing, but they are there... underground, still waiting for you to 'exit' Philippa Eilhart's lair. Jumping down into the caves triggers the conversation with them that advances the quest. Now you can talk to Triss and.or Yen, if you choose (and if they aren't already on their way to Kaer Morhen), and when you talk to Radovid's guard the dialogue option becomes "Wanna see the king... about Philippa Eilhart". The guard lets you on the ship, the conversation with the king completes the quest.

Like 99% of the supposed 'glitches' in this game, this turns out to be the fault of players using fast-travel mods. To avoid other 'glitches' like this one, *always* exit the locale of a quest before fast-traveling... that way you will trigger any cutscenes, run into any NPCs who might be waiting for you, and the quests will properly advance.
