Cant make it run on Win7

Any one here had the same problem as me?
My pc is a I7 4770k, VGA R9 280x, 16gb RAM
SO Win 7 Ultimate 64bit
Since I bought Witcher 3 I coudnt play it yet ( since december 2016 ) , I tryied to redownload the files many times but coudnt make it run.
Any one can help me?

Is W3 giving trouble only or other games too?

If it's only W3:
First update your video drivers to the latest version. Download & Install the latest .net frameworks and c++ redistributables from the microsoft site or another reliable site. The game also provides the required files.

After that, go to:
1) Steam>Settings>Downloads>Clear Download Cache
2) Istall W3 again and after it's been installed go to Steam>Library>Witcher 3(rt. click)>Properties>Local files>Verify integrity of game files.

If no error shows up u should be able to play. I'm using win 7ult. sp1 myself and got no troubles. If any error comes up again provide specific details and we can get the general direction of the problem.

THe problem happens only with W3 all my other games just work fine.

Malakai, I'm trying your advice. I Completly uninstalled, erased the game folder, clear download cache now I'm downloading it again.
If it works I'll let you know.

I already have all the .net frameworks and c++ redistributables installed because this PC its also my working machine ( I'm a programer ) but I'll try to re-install them too
