When he was commentating at their romantic dinner scene and Keira ask Geralt if they wanted to have sex already, the yellow options came up and the youtuber said out loud, "Uh... it's not serious, Yennefer would do the same." He chose to ♥♥♥♥ Keira because he said "Yennefer will do the same, it's not serious" - My heart broke after that. So I went online trying to find all the information about cheating and what not.
Books all over about sorceress infidelity. Witcher games not so much at all.
1. They didn't go to Vengerberg to ''handle something'' and then have a sudden change of plans, Yen went there only to cut loose ends with Istredd PROVEN that Geralt is able to profess his love for her in words, not just thoughts. Now Geralt still thought he was nothing but a mutant, and that saying those words would be empty, like knocking on a skull (or something like that, can't remember exactly how it was written.) So he doesn't tell her those words, and she has to create a second kestrel for Geralt (The first one was for ISTREDD, because while he loved her, she didn't love him, had nothing for him in return meanwhile she loved Geralt, but he failed to profess his love for her) She's NOT toying with them, THEY are giving her a hard time choosing between them (well, Geralt does.)
2. The djinn's quest was ONLY for those who picked Triss as their romance, because the quest didn't make any sense, Geralt didn't ask the djinn to love her forever or anything like that, he told him to bind their fates so they would always return to each other (like when hunting the dragon, or the Belleteyn part in the books). The wish WASN'T of love, but BECAUSE of love. She didn't have ANY control of him LMFAO, that is the most stupid thing I've ever read.
3. The amnesia excuse is not really an excuse, if Geralt wanted to recover his memory fast, he'd have done so much quicker than until the ending of The Witcher 2.
You've clearly only read those part of the books, which you wanted. Either that, or you've read them all, yet your underdeveloped brain failed to comprehend them, seeing as you're keeping watch of The Witcher 3 forum in case any romance threads come up, only to barge in and start spreading your pathetic lies and false information. You don't know jack about The Witcher games nor The Witcher books, or it might just be that you had no luck with ladies in your life? Either way, I'm not going to waste my time trying to convince a stubborn fool like you. And before (if) you start bit**ing that the games are fanfiction, no they are not, there are two Witcher universes, first universe is BOOKS (Sapkowski's work) and the second is BOOKS + GAMES (Sapkowski's work + CDProjekt Red's work.)
For Geralt it ALWAYS was, IS and ALWAYS will be Yen, and it's the SAME the other way around. Haters can hate ALL they want, but they will change nothing. *SPOILER*
The game's ending, if you chose Yennefer, only proves that, as the narrator (old Dandelion) says, they moved away from politics and other unimporant ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to live in a calm, quiet and peaceful place, instead of moving to Kovir with the power-hungry traitor named Triss. Yennefer can give Geralt all he wants and needs. And the Blood and Wine ending wonderfully ties in with the main game's ending, where Yennefer realizes she has no goals, so she comes to her love, Geralt, to finally find peace in life, in a nice little vineyard. She is very relaxed in this ending, because there is no work to be done anymore (unlike during The Wild Hunt) and the can finally peacefully enjoy her life with Geralt.
