My advice'd make love not war. Actual choice isnt binary there're at least three outcomes. Unless your Geralt's tone deaf ;)

If she's dead obviously not but otherwise she might be dead when you meet depending.

Try to convince her to go to Kaer Morhen

I had her go to Kaer Morhen but I also took the research from her. She proves useful there.

If you let her go to Kaer Morhen she will join you in the fight to defend Ciri, and also find a new love.
If you let her go to Radovid you will find her on a stake.

Kill her.

The moment I found out for certain that she was using me as a pawn in her game was the moment her death sentence was signed, approved and executed by Geralt of Rivia.

I decided to let her go see ranovid as i havent seen the quest it triggers down the line. Basically did rhe opposite of what i did first time (took me to kaer morhen)

And yet I'll bet you'd still choose to pick either Yen or Triss while both have done the same and far worse to Geralt. Keira is no different. I suppose this is some warped view of women that Eastern Europeans have, or at least the devs of the game seem to have. It's interesting actually.
Nope. I ignored Triss and Yen as well for the same reasons I killed Keira. Actually if the games let me every single sorceress would be dead the moment I came across them. I despise them as characters and as an organization.

Actually the "warped view" of women (specifically sorceresses) comes from the books which the games are based off of. In the books most mages and sorceresses are ♥♥♥♥♥ who think they should be running the show.

Highly doubt that about Lambert. These mages are all the same. She needs a witcher. She knows she won't be able to trick Geralt again. She's using Lambert. That's just what mages do.

And folks wonder why they took to burning them at the stake.

Few can refuse a sorceress
And Keira Metz certainly had her ways...
But when she demanded the Mage Alexander's notes, I had to turn her down.
Keira needed that, as she needed the impetus to start anew.
She found it where she least expected to.
Years later, known for discovering the cure for the Catriona plauge, she was thankful none remembered her time in hiding as a village witch.

Later Geralt say: "I have seen worse matches... Hope things work out for them"
This implies they have found some love together. Lambert is not the kind of guy that gets fooled easily, he is always expecting the worst and his manners are even worse. You are expecting that Lambert is like Geralt, yet he clearly isn't. As for if she is using him or not doesn't really matter if they do find love in the end. Doesn't matter if they break up after a while or not as my statment is still true.
