Witcher 3 Troll Cave map marker bug

In the mission "a deadly plot" you go to a cave with two trolls in it to get Thaller, even though i looted everything, the ursine armor and the chest outside including the other chests inside the location is still marked as a question mark on my map and its really bugging me. Any help please.

I know this is from a good while ago, however I got stuck with this 'glitch/bug' myself.

It's not a glitch nor a bug.

Directly outside of the cave (the left side if you're going in, right side if you're walking out) is a bit of scaffolding. Climb up the first part of it and there is a small chest.

It's considered as loot from the cave, loot it and provided you got everything else inside, the marker will become greyed out.

I managed to find this on one forum whereas everyone else seems to have just thought it was a bug so spreading the good helpful news for those completionists out there!

Did that, but the question marker is still there

Answering to a bit old tread but hope it helps: question mark didn't go away even after looting everything around. I walked to the quick travel sign near Hanged man's tree, went back to the cave and voilâ, nekkers all over and ?-mark turned to Monster Den. Happy bug-solving to everyone

That really help me, thanks bro :)
But unfortunately I was earlier in that cave and looted every chests, when I go in there after fast travel from Hanged man's tree, mark turned into Monster den, then i killed nekkers but mark is not grey cause i must loot probably some schemes from that chests I looted earlier, so bad luck for me :<
