Technically it's not sex that matters but what you say :)

The game will not allow you to have a love triangle, you either go with Yen or Triss or none of them, not both, that's what he meant with his comment.

As for any other female character in the rest of the game (including the expansions) relationship with them (if you can even call it that) has no impact with either Yen or Triss.

Problem's TW3 doesnt allow you to shag Triss unless you go full in and then you're stuck with her. Yen goes to bed with you without those special three words. Only words matter to TW3 women.

Already been answered. Literally the only thing that affects it is if you sleep with triss. Then yen ties you up to the bed and then triss walks in, they laugh at you, and leave. You can not romance both of them. But every other girl affects nothing with anyone.
