Problem:Redania's Most Wanted (Ifrit Doesn't Appear)

Hello my fellow Witchers. I seem to have ran into a bug of some sorts. While doing the secondary quest, Redania's Most Wanted, I ran into a threat in Philippa's hideout. I used my Witcher sense to scan the area and noticed a monster named Ifrit. Only problem, the monster named Ifrit was glitched under the stairs that lead to Philippa's actual hideout area (The one locked by an iron barred door).

So I thought, alright. Maybe I'd come back later to see if it'll fix itself. I come back after playing around with other things for about 2 hours. This time, it just shows Ifrit's health bar, but now, there is no sign of the monster anywhere. Even when using my Witcher sense.

Anyone else have this kind of problem before and know how to fix it? I have a feeling I may have to load an older saved game and restart the quest line before entering the hideout. But that'll be some extra hours of gameplay I will have to do all over again. I'll resort to that if there doesn't seem to be a fix to this glitch/bug.

you could try using a console command to kill the elemental, but other than that i think only reloading an earlier save would work.

Well, thanks for the replies. Was no trouble loading a save I had right before I entered the area. Now off to doing some things over again. I don't mind, love the game.

Finally playing the game. For anyone that encounters this problem, the monster teleports outside. Just go above ground and find it.
