Generally, when she activates her spell you must attack the copies, fast. They die in one hit so it shouldn't take that long. But when fighting wraiths in general, make sure to *always* use yarden on the ground, because otherwise you won't damage them much.
But all in all, I just think you're not level up/ geared up enough to take on that particular wraith. Get better silver sword, maybe do some other quest, then return to it, if possible.
PS: Make sure you have Enemy Upscaling disabled in options/gameplay.
Also make sure you are using Yrden on the Noon/Night Wraiths, and attack them when they are in that circle, they take the most damage in that circle.
Nope; her healing herself is not a bug.
!!!
There's some vampire effect: The wraith absorbs Geralt's health.
Yes, Geralt has to materialize the wraith with Yrden or later on with the bomb moondust. Have a look:

This isn't the fight from the quest "The Devil at the Well", but it's all the same with the wraiths.
And don't forget: Specter Oil helps a lot.
Later people like this dislike and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about how bad this game is.
You're the idiot. Just go away.
