The path of warriors - An Skellig quest
Greetings. It's cool to see that even if this game was released in 2015 people continue to be active on the forums.

I am curious and wondering about something related to Path of Warriors quest.

So before i have even started the quest i explored the place of power on top of the mountain and i got the 2 item proofs which i kept safe until now because ot says that its part of a quest.

I know the quest is Path of Warriors because i explored some spoilers.

What concerns me is to know if i got the proof/items before doing the quest will bug the quest or somehow will prevent me from doing it?

LOL, yeah, right.

So yeah, with regard to that quest, you should be fine. But that's not always the case though. Some contracts can get bugged if you do follow the tasks as given. Others, it just doesn't seem to matter at all. The ones that can be truly bugged are those that involve cutscenes. If you somehow fail to trigger them, they may be quite difficult to fix, if at all.

And treasure hunts. Though I fail to see why those are classified as quests, should've made them a simple 'get key/open chest' thing and there would be no problem, but no, someone at CDPR though its a good idea to only spawn openable chests once the quest triggers. if you found the key before that, you're quite fluffed.

And I was never able to do the Skellige Hard Times quest since the blacksmith is sooooo fking bugged...

Yeah because other RPG's do quests so much better. Don't you think that quests that is all about "go to X, kill Y and return to Z" is the most inspired quests of all time? You know like Skyrim and Fallout just like the Bethesda formula. This game sure got it's bugs but it is atm the king of the ARPG's (unless Zelda have taken that title, but I don't know since I never played it).

It isn't. I'm sorry to burst your bubble.
