Swallow potion better than food???
I never payed attention to potions before, but Im willing to give them a try now. Whats the effect of the swallow potion? Is it like food but stronger?

It is stronger and can be upgraded. Plus in combat you can use a Swallow and eat as well. You want to upgrade your Swallow as soon as you can.

You might want to get the white raffard's decoction.It's one the best ways to heal yourself up immediatly.
