Hooded women.

Is anybody else cautious of all the 'hooded women' wondering around Toussaint ever since that one at Corvo Bianco turned into a bruxa? You can't talk to them like you can other NPC's. I've tried following a few just to see what happens, but they never turned into a bruxa or attacked me or anything.

agapewirejewelry & brT, yea if you run into 'em outside of Toussaint they'll attack you, but inside Toussaint they won't.

HelplamBlond, yes I've finished blood and wine. In fact, I've finished the game and am currently on my second play through in new game +. lol.

Nope, Bruxas only appear in Blood & Wine.

This is in the base game? I remember ever fighting one.

Yea this bruxa is in some ruins of a castle or something along those lines. There's also on in a small, creepy orchard. You also fight some as Detlaff is besieging Toussaint.

I know this is a necro, but for future references of anyone searching, i will post anyway. There is several indicators even before the [spoilers] that they are vampires. When you meet them at night, they make creepy noises as Vi Von Zulul said, and axii sign backfires when you try to use it on them, whereas against normal people it merely peters out.

They are bruxas or alphs, it's something that becomes clear after the fight against the bruxa in Corvo Bianco, but since they don't attack no reason to waste time on them.

I am more curious about hooded figure in Novigrad. I thought at one point there will be a revolution in Novigrad where the whole city is on fire.
