How do I change which part of a quest I'm tracking?

V is default I believe.

I go the long way and open the quest list (J) or the map (M), then I use the mouse to click on whichever objective suits me at the time.

U playing with a keyboard or controller? I play this game with an XBOX 360 controller and for that one, it's the RS-button.
