Redania's Most Wanted Quest Problem

So I missed out on this quest, apparently it was because I used the fast travel mod when I shouldn't have, which prevented this mission from triggering. I'm well into the main story (just arrived at Kaer Morhen) and I just realised that I hadn't completed Triss's side quests. I used the below console commands :

addfact(q302_completed)
addfact(q302_post_mafia_completed)
addfact(sq302_start)

This triggered the mission Redania's Most Wanted. Problem now is that when I go to the quest marker, there is nobody there and the marker disappears. There are supposed to be a few witch hunters that I need to speak to. I've tried meditating, going back to another island and returning but no luck.

Not sure what to do now...

Another player was having a similar-ish problem (similar in nature but caused by different problems) with another mission related character not showing up.
he managed to get it fixed by asking another player with another computer to play that part using his save file and it worked.
Maybe that could solve your issue as well but i wouldn't hold my breath since it's not exactly the same situation, your issue was cause by a mod.

Figured it out now. I used those commands while I was on Kaer Morhen, so they didn't spawn the NPCs. Loaded another save and put the commands in while I was in Velen. Sorted now!

why do you need fast travel mode? The game already have fast travelling.

The mod was to fast travel from anywhere. In the vanilla game, you can only fast travel from a sign post.

Same problem cept i messed up two side quests: "now or never" for triss, and "redania's most wanted". Do these quests have major impact to the main quests' progress? Or I can just forget about it? At this point im only playing the base game to level up strong enough to move to the expansions.

I had the same problem. Finished the Find Junior quest and rather than wait for the cutscene I fast travelled out of the mission area to talk to Priscilla. Missed the Redania's Most Wanted quest start. However I tired something and it worked for me, don't know if this will work for you. I FT'd back to the sign post where Juniors hideout is and walked up to the door and the cutscene with the Redanian guard played.

I tried putting this command into the console and all it did was giving me the character info of Radovid and Philippa, but no quest, no cut scene or dialog can be triggered. Do you know how to fix this?
