When do I get to fight the crones?
I really want to kill those old and ugly grandmas, can someone tell me without spoilers if I fight them in the main quest or in a secondary quest or DLC?

I'm almost on the kaer mohern fight, btw

It's during a main quest. You aren't too far from it.
