Lost all my gear in the quest "A matter of life and death"

So, i just finished the quest "A matter of life and death", talking with Triss, she tells me that she's got my swords back and then she leaves, the thing is, the quest is now over, and i'm in the middle of nowhere WITHOUT my stuff, neither my armor nor my swords were handed back to me, I just end up as a well dressed, unnarmed sorcerer. I tried reloading a previous save but the furthest back I can go is still during this quest, i've completed it more than 5 times now in different ways and I just can't get my stuff back.

Did anyone else have the same problem ?
I hope so so you can help me fix it.

Do I have to do a specific thing to get my stuff back ?
I don't think it's needed but you never know, better ask.

Do universals exist as real and distinct entities ?

Same result as brT above; I found mine in my inventory during that quest. Not exactly sure when, as I killed a bunch of things before actually looking over my gear. That may be one of the quests where I accidentally completed it with a trash weapon.

I cant check my inventory during the mission (its greyed out) and I already checked my inventory after the mission and its not there. :/

it really should be there... so i guess you encoutered some bug, because for me it was always in my inventory after i completed the mission.

If you need I could send you the save right after that mission. Keira is alive, Letho is dead(in W2), found Dijsktra's gold, most of contracts and the main quest where you have to find Dodo haven't been completed, almost 17th lvl, have ~4k crowns, skill restore potion and full griffin set(I).

Nah its ok, I guess Ill just cheat it back with mods.
