Redania's Most Wanted 100% SOLVED
Can this quest be completed without red markers. They sting my eyes. I don't like the Madman, so how to solve it with both Tirss and Yen?

You can, but you need to deliver the thingy to Yennefer and not Triss.

If by that "thingy" you mean the megascope crystal, it's a red herrnig. It doesn't matter if you keep it for yourself or turn it in to Radovid or give it to Yen or Triss. You get some gold if you turn it in to Radovid but that's about it.

To the OP, which tasks exactly have you failed?

He means showing the megascope to either Triss or Yennefer.

But it has no importance in the quest. It serves no purpose other than to get the reward from Radovid. Neither Yen nor Triss will tell you anything about the crystal nor will either ever mention it again. And, more importantly, it's not even a task that matters in the quest.

It doesn't matter that it has no major importance in the quest. If you read his post, he says having a red marker "stings his eyes", so for him it's important.

Well i gave the crystal to Triss and the quest was finished , but then there was a red marker on the quest " show the crystal to Yen". I assume that if i give it to Yen and not Triss it would be the same.

Actually giving it to Yennefer somehow didn't give me a red marker in regards to Triss.

I'll try that and see what happens. Thanks

After many tries and errors i did it. So here goes
i got the crystal and showed it to Triss but i kept it for myself. Then i kept playing all the way to The Last Wish quest. After completing it you can talk to Yen. I showed the crystal to her but again i kept it for myself ( first time i gave her the crystal right away but then my green checkmark on Triss turned to red), Then i opend my journal and i had both green checkmarks on Triss and Yen. Now i could do what ever i wanted with the damn thing ( Triss, Yen, Radovid ). I tried.

Yeah, as I had told you, showing it to Yen gives a green checkmark on Triss. You didn't even had to show it to Triss. As long as you show it to Yen, you get green marks on both.
