RX 580 Nitro+ FPS
So I just got my new gpu and the thing I'm not sure about is my fps. Outside on the field I get 60 fps, sometimes it drops to 55. When I go into a village or a bandint camp I get 40-45 fps on ULTRA without hairworks enabled. Is that normal or is it just that I can't handle 60 fps.

my specs:

i7-4790, 4.0GHz
Nitro+ RX 580 8GB, OC
8 GB, 1600 MHz
HDD 1Tb
SSD Kingston, 120Gb
MSI H97
Antec GX500 Black Steel

Did u update your drivers? What res are u playing at?

that doesn't feel right especially considering that you are not using hairworks. make sure your drivers are up to date, also makes sure to disable any bloatware that you have running in the background.

I own a Nitro+ RX 480 and it runs 60fps all the time. Make sure to disable all the Nvidia options, change Ambient Occlusion to SSAO and update your card drivers.

programs that are bundled with other programs, AMD used to do this with their drivers, they would bundle their drivers with 3rd party software, that 3rd party software is what we call bloatware, you don't need that ♥♥♥♥, and it only eating the resources of your pc.

Try running the game on High settings instead of Ultra. See if you can get solid 60 fps on High.
