Treat her as any other vampire:
- use black blood to make her suffer,
- use quen to be protected if you don't rely on your reaction,
- use moon dust to make her visible,
- use vampire oil to boost your damage,
- use yrden to slow her down if you think she's too fast for your taste.

It's not realy hard brother. Just use yrden. Read beastiary ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. You can also use aard on her and stab her.

as already mentioned spam yrden when possible, use quen when it's down and most important: don't use roll, just dodge (alt= default)

Damn, if the Bruxa is giving you trouble already, you should go back, do some Quests and level up.

Get yourself some better gear and learn to use dodge, rolling isn't exactly the best.

Superior Black Blood damages every vampire around you, don't even need to hit them, just avoid being hit.

Try to kill Detlaff when you first meet.
By the way, I did it(killing Detlaff when first met) at lv35.
