Trying to rush Kaer Morhen , missable quests ?

I want to get to Kaer Morhen as fast as possible but I also don't want to miss sidequests/hunters contratcs.
Does getting to Kaer Morhen close any quests ?

I think it could be the same problem with the side quests of Triss and Lambert.

It does fail "Following the Thread" (the Lambert quest).

There are several side-quests (mostly "!") that are accessible only before Kaer Morhen. Some of them are parts of a chain, so you'd miss them (you won't be able to try luck and get a talking head, for example). I don't remember which are which, but there's a guide on quests somewhere, where the quests requirements are written.

Yes, there are plenty of missable quests. Every friend that you can invite to help you fight the Wild Hunt has quests for you, which are only available before defence of Kaer Morhen. Also quests like deadly plot and such are also missable. And a quest that I missed was Cave of Dreams.
