Account level got reset today

Been playing before and after the 1,0 launch. Think i got to 19 or 20 Account level post 1.0 wipe. Got on after work tonight and my level was reset to 1 with about half an account level. Really annoyed since I was about to get the cowboy hat...

they outright made a post before 1.0 that everyone would get reset at 1.0 so they can set up the eco for the game. literally everyone starts at square one its super easy to grind just play the game abit you will be back to 20 in 6-10 matches of normal plus difficulty

I think he was saying he had gotten to 19-20 after 1.0 released. And for some reason when he got on his level was reset. Which shouldn't be the case.

Brother you misread his post hes saying today his account got reset. I am currently partied with a friend that also had this happen. My assumption is it will auto correct after a match.

yes i have same problem
look like today update just wipe my account lv back to 1
but i still have my high lv agent

yeah msiread post wipe the servers are a mess right now they are 100% overloaded cant even get in a match with a group privately i doubt anyone will loose post 1.0 progession but we will have to wait for them to catch up

i just reboot the game again and my account lv go back to normal

Had the same issue with it showing I was lvl1 it's just a visual bug.
