problem with starting

I’ve been having trouble finding matches lately. When I first open the game, I can find one within a few seconds, but during the loading screen, I get sent back to the menu with the message "connection to host lost." After that, I try searching for a match for a long time, but I can't find anything. I’m not sure if the issue is that there aren't many people playing, or if something is wrong with my game. I’ve already tried verifying the integrity of the game files, but that didn't help. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

the issue lies in their servers. I’m experiencing the same thing; finding a match is basically a gamble, sometimes it works on the first try, other times it still hasn’t found anything even after five attempts. Just keep find match again. Also, make sure that CloudFlare isn’t blocked in your country (like if you live in Russia, where that cloudflare has been blocked).

I believe the lack of players is also a factor; the price of this game is high for us Brazilians, so many people end up not buying it. Furthermore, I frequently encounter matches where my own ping remains normal, but other people's does not—which goes to show that there aren't that many people playing in my country...
