I see there is diverse opinions about Thief and I agree that I prefer Ninja. But something is overlooked about when you unlock 3-skull underground dungeon then you can level your reserve Thief super high level fairly quickly. Use him temporarily for floor bosses (paralyze them first) to steal good stuff. Similarily you can have one reserve Alchemist and not needed in party but can level it high just for crafting. All that with just a bit work and you can have awesome main party but also have reserve chara...

Saved inside the first dungeon then went to town. I exited and continued then entire party was gone? Are they dead or inside the dungeon and how do I find them?
