Hailey, Pandora and Esteban

Now that the game is complete is it possible to recruit Hailey and the others? Or any other way to get them instead of starting the game from the beginning?

Why, though? I really have to abandon my 60lvl or something characters just to get those 3? Why don't give them or make a sidequest to be possible to recruit them like the future versions of the protagonists?

"By the time the game is complete I do want the game to unlock the alternate characters for you as you progress through the story - so if you can wait the fairly decent wait, you should be able to still get those (or figure out whatever awkward way it can occur now is)." - Dan Paladin
