its your save slot. Your account is added into that pool of 99 other people not just the one ave. Techincally you could get all 6 of your saves on the board if you really wanted to

So thats why there are more than 100 ranks? Interesting. I thought im ranked so high because the game hasn't caught on yet xD.

There are multiple tournament brackets. Each bracket has only 100 people.

Had 105 or 106 today, could be a bug, could be a result of local co-op or multiple save entries.
Local co-op players appears in battle with same name and "(1)", maybe they added to the same 100 where 1st player already was.
