Hi guyz looking forward to this game .... loved icewind dale 1 & 2 , baldairs gate 1 & 2 & dlcs .... wondering is their a playable demo .. so i can have play .. or something i can have play on .. if so .. tell me about it lol

There was a demo/slice of the game released to higher level backers a while ago as part of the beta program - but it was never intended as a public release...so unless you are/were a high level backer - no.

i did find torrent verson ... beta 0.333 it looks good , plays very well .. alot of bugs .. i did remember that this is a beta verson... i have watched the stream on the 15th of this month ... & have to say they have ironed out the problems & the combat is alot smoother .... i do like two class types out of this game watch is the chanter (bard like class) & the cipter (Psi caster)... but i have to wait until the game is unlocked ..looking forward to it

A demo would be nice. I find myself just not really caring about the game coming out anymore.

Not sure if its the extended time to release than originally stated or what. But if I had not preordered it, I probabaly wouldn't even bother at this point.

A demo would garner attention and players who may have been on the fence or simply lost interest at this point.

If you wish you could goto Youtube and do a search for videos that players with Beta access might have put up (it is NOT a demo).

As a Beta, that version would have a lot of bugs and glitches that Obsidian is expected to fix for the final release.

AFAICT the latest beta vid's run pretty fluently. But there's still some balancing issues. And since the Beta doesn't exactly cover the game is it will play out (spoiler free beta's..I love it) there might still be some glitches and bugs that could've been discovered by beta-backers but aren't since they simply don't have access to those things in the beta. I totally understand how Obsidian would want to keep the Beta's spoiler free seeing how much of their previous games are very heavily focused on storytelling and would ruin people's experience if they had access to the story before release.
