Specs ok to run the game?
So, I've recently ordered a notebook with the following specs.

Intel Core i5 4200u processor;
8GB DDR3 RAM memory;
Nvidia GeForce GT 820m 2GB GPU.

Can I run it, and at what quality?

Couldn't find anything regarding Pillars, not even in their full gamelist.
I know I can run most of the games I currently play with these specs, I just wanna know if I can run Pillars with a med-high graphic quality with this notebook.

You probably can. It runs perfect on my Asus notebook with a 820M, although it does have a slightly better processor (i7 5500U). Still, you should be fine.

Thanks, mate!
What settings do you play on?

I play at 1080p completely maxed out (not like there are many options).

You gotta remember, the game is just 2D pre-rendered backgrounds with not all that much 3D realtime rendering going on.

I think that as long as you're playing on a dedicated graphics card (or integrated combined with dedicated), that is no older than 3 years, this game should run fine on most notebooks.
