Game suddenly crashes.

I played this last year for several weeks without problems. But now I came back to it and the game keeps crashing after about 10 minutes.

I verified the integrity of the cache and I even checked to make sure my graphics drivers are up to date.

It seems to crash completely randomly. Sometimes when I'm looking through my inventory or journal, sometimes when I'm in the middle of battle, sometimes when I'm talking to NPCs. There's no one thing that causes it, but it always crashes within 5 to 15 minutes of turning the game on.
