Who can we take prisoner? (POSSIBLE SPOILERS)
So I have had my dungeon set up since early in Act II, I am now several hours in to Act III, and I have only managed to take 1 prisoner (the Vithrack in the Endless Paths), who I sold off to some animancer. I am craving more prisoners to fill up my dungeon, so I can take all of my personal problems out on them. Can anyone point me in the direction of some characters I can lock up? Double points for Orlans.

There is a wanted criminal down in the catacombs. You must look for the wanted poster in a shelf at the crucible knights stronghold, otherwise he won't spawn.

IIRC there is one in Copperlane, one of the first quests you can get, called "his double self" or the like. At the end you can arrest the bad guy.

I've only taken one prisoner myself, and you don't even take him prisoner... you tell him to go to the keep. You don't even escort him back or assign someone to do it you just trust him to go to his cell in a keep days away and lock himself up. It is quite ridiculous.

I've only had one prsioner, it was the drug dealing wizard who was making himself look like the guy who owned the house he was dealing from. Anyway, while fighting he surrendered. He went to my prison, I went and visited him, he swore revenge if he ever got out, a day later he breaks free. I've never seen him again, and not had another option/chance to take any prisoners.

In the first batch of bounty missions there is a God-like that you can take prisoner. I also took the Vithrack prisoner. Let the guy in the catacombs go and didn't know I could take the drug dealing mage prisoner.

He's an orlan. DOUBLE POINTS!

Also, sadly, the prisoners are very non-interactive.

I seem to remember he's just standing near were a bounty target appears, not sure what triggers him to arrive.

His Old Self - has a guy
Supply and Demand- has a guy (girl)
The Unwanted - Why would anyone want to do harm to Orlans, they're like ewoks merged iwth Hobbits, I love those lil guys, so cute? I always set this one free
Magrams Crossing - will have a guy
Lev 12 of EP, has a guy-

so I've only encountered those 5 - selling them or not doesnt seem to have any rep loss
