SPOILER WARNING! - Council of Stars quest question
I suspect that unless you have finished the game, or gotten very close, you won't be able to answer this question, and I'd avoid if you don't want to know what happens. At the end of the Council of Stars quest, when I had completed all of the God appeasement quests and returned them at Teir Evron, I promised to all of the Gods that I would do what they wanted with the souls in the dialogue, so I'm curious what the punishments are for not doing what 3/4 of the gods want, because I didn't realize at the time that you can only fulfill one of the god's requests for the souls. Hoping I haven't screwed my party for later on. Cheers for any info :)

I tried that for fun just to see what would happen, and I should point out something to you:

You don't benefit from more than ONE blessing at a time. If you agree to help all the gods, only the last benefit will be given to you. But you'll still suffer all the penalties in the epilogue for breaking their contracts.

Let's just say that you personaly aren't punished, but the continent will be in a lot of trouble

Well, ♥♥♥♥.. Do these penalties affect stats or anyhing or is it just a story/reputation thing? Really curious.

Epilogue. The gods deal out some nasty curses to the world as payment for your betrayal.

If you're a total sadist, you can promise to help ALL the gods and then follow either Wael or Woedica's wishes. Thus encouraging ALL of the gods to curse the world! >:D

Well, if I wanted to reload to only promise to one god, I'd have to kill the Sky Dragon again, AND do lvl 9 & 10 of Od Nua again... I do really want a good ending though... Thanks for the replies! :)

nah, there`s a save file before you jumped into the pit, and you can pretty much decide till the end what you gonna do. you can do all the quest, you can even get all the god`s blessing (well one at a time) and you can talk em anytime before jumping in the pit.
the pit save accessable through the save menu, so it gotta still be there unless you deleted it.
