Do I do Dyrford village before I finish up the main quest in Defiance Bay or after?

I've finished every task and side quest in and around Defiance Bay for act II. Just wondering if I should head over quickly to Dyrford village and do everything there then come back and finish up the main quest in Herritage Hill in DB.
