Act 1-2-3 question

Hi, my party is level 8... about to finished all the quests at deviance bay...level 8 or so in the Endless Path... when starts Act 2 ? also, I have yet done all the quest for each factions (well I guess so because none will give me something to do... the thieves said that I am to high with the Knights and so on... (when will I get to chose ?)

Act 2 starts the moment you enter Defiance Bay. Act 3 starts immediately after the hearing at the palace, so make sure you've completed all your business before you go there as it can lock you out of some quests.

Just double check and make sure you didn't accept the second quest from any of the factions.

I did pick up a few second quest... so I am faction less for now on ? ;-)
Under my Char development sheet, there is no info about being in a faction or not, just some info on my reputation with them !!

I auto- failed one quest after a certain plot twist occured at the very end of Ch.2, but then I was able to go back to town and finish the rest.
