Explorer Achievement... Still broken or am I missing something?

I've been trying to look every single house, every single floor of larger buildings, every map, every cave (I think). Is it possible that the Explorer-achivement is still broken or is there a specific location that can be easy to miss? I've noticed some people have the achievement. Even if the global stats are at 0%.

This is my situation as well.

As far as I can tell there's not even a hidden counter (e.g. Maps Vistied 156/171) that you can check.

~The only thing I can think of is perhaps the secret door in Od Nua that requires Maedr's knowledge to unlock - but I can't see that being a separate map unlock.

Same with me, ran over every single map to see if there's anything hidden.

But since there are the same Problems with the Stronghold-Upgrades....
Let's wait a little longer....

Maybe you missed the second floor of Reymont Mannor or House Doemenel? Or locked room in Lumdala's house? These are the first missable locations that come to my mind right now.

Make sure you do things like go through all the back hallways in places (like Raedric Keep Osyra's back door esp, that tiny little room counts). Look in many places for little corners like this.

I don't have it yet myself, but I imagine the above is a considerable portion of the hunt.

Personally every time I enter the court of the stars, I get the map discovery and XP. Maybe this one is bugged and isn't saved.

I just got the achievement this morning:

If you want to see how many zones you have visited (of the 152 to get the achievement) you can use 7-zip or another program to open the save file, inside the save you will see files names AR_####_<Description>.lvl and AR_####_<Description>.fog these only appear when you have explored a zone. As far as I'm aware it is the only way to get a list of what zones you've visited.

I was thinking of Defiance Bay, too.
But I still have no idea, where to look...

It seems to be the Aedelwan's Bridge (since there is no file-name like it), but re-visiting this map hasn't triggered the achievment.

This was incredibly helpful! Apparently the achievement is not glitched. It just needs some time and effort. Here I thought I had every map discovered, but there were few that were there I didn't even know existed! For example. You need to visit the Lighthouse again once you have completed "The Wailing Banshee" quest.

Thank you so much for your help! Great discovery, whoever figured to check the save file with 7-zip!
