Can anyone recommend me some games similar to PoE?
PoE looks really interesting but it is kinda expensive right now, so I'm looking for some other games similar to it. I'm especially looking for something that is easy to play 'cause I've never played a game like this.

Those 2 games are COMPLETLEY free you idot . Hearthstone has a pay system if you want to use it but will not in any way, shape or form prevent you from playing or give you any less advantage.

To be fair the OP did specificaly ask for games similar to POE and the two games mentioned are nothing like it.

You completely misread what I said.

Who gives a ♥♥♥♥ if they are different? The guy is obviously looking for something that is cheaper. I just gave him some GOOD alternatives that he might be interested in. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ people just cannot avoid butting in and giving thier 2 cents without feeling butt hurt if we retailiate. Guarenteed he will have more fun with one of the two games I mentioned than he would wityh any game similiar to this one.

'Nout wrong with a bit of 640x480 every now and again. Makes you appreciate newer games more.

And I would never ever recommend Planescape Torment for a first start into ISO RPGs or he will never again play them :-) The old guard like BG1+2 / Icewind Dale 1+2 are good games but lack the comfort and high resolution of a modern game. So start with Divinity OS. Play it in coop mode with a fried so you have someone to help and double the fun! :oink:

Well actually there are a few mods that fix the resolution thing :D

DOTA2, Diablo 3, WoW, and some Warcraft 3 mods are pretty similar in terms of gameplay and story

Path of the Exile is awesome though.

Path of exile isn't at all similar to this game.

I also recommend the Baldurs gate games, with an emphasis on the 2nd one. For the full story it's better to play both though.

If you are going to take the word of a FEW people that posted here then no, none of those are in any way like Pillars so your recommendations are no good.

A MOBA, a loot arpg, an rts and an mmo......no...none of them are anything like Pillars.

As good as those games can be, they are NOT similar to PoE.

Well, all of them you CAN kill stuff with swords and bows and... stuff, so maybe you're right.

No sweat bro we apreciate the suggestions it just that ... well those games are a completely different sub genre.
